JOB POSITION: COMPANY LAWYER

Responsibilities:
- You will represent the organization in all aspect of legal transactions from contract reviews, labor related undertakings, as well as compose & review legal correspondence.
- You will attend BP 22 cases of the Company
- You will file BP22 or Estafa cases of the Company`s Delinquent Clients
- You will represent the organization and its Client in all aspect of legal transactions, Employment Contract Reviews, Labor related cases.
- Compose Legal correspondence on behalf of the company and its Collection Clients.

Qualifications:
- Specializing in Collections and Labor Cases
- With Notarial roll in Cebu is an advantage
- Age : 30 yrs and above
- Preferably with experience in handling bp22/estafa, foreclosure, labor case, corporation law and dealing with government offices such as PEZA and DOLE
- New BAR passers are welcome to apply
- Can work under pressure

Compensation:
Base Salary plus commission
